Director of Individual Giving

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Individual Giving.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive individual giving strategy to grow annual revenue from mid-level and major donors
• Manage a portfolio of 100 - 150 individual donors and prospects, leading cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship efforts
• Supervise and mentor staff and collaborate with various teams to enhance donor engagement and fundraising efforts

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in fundraising with a strong track record in individual giving and donor portfolio management
• Demonstrated success in cultivating and closing five- and six-figure gifts
• Strong understanding of donor engagement strategies and fundraising best practices
• Commitment to racial justice and the mission of the organization
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus
