Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in digital fundraising, growth, or product-led revenue roles
• Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in performance measurement and optimization
• Experience in building growth models and translating them into actionable priorities
• Proven ability to create compelling content across various channels to engage donors
• Experience in hiring and managing high-performing teams in dynamic environments
