Director of Influencer Partnerships

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Influencer and Creator Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategy for the influencer, creator, and affiliate ecosystem
• Lead and develop a team of Affiliate/Influencer Managers to achieve performance goals
• Architect scalable systems for sourcing and recruiting high-performing creators

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7-10+ years in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or creator partnerships
• 3-5+ years in a leadership or team management role
• Strong, active network of creators, influencers, and/or agencies
• Deep expertise in creator monetization and social platforms
