Director of Information Security

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Information Security to lead and enhance its cybersecurity program.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the enterprise information security strategy and governance frameworks
• Oversee compliance with regulatory standards and manage risk assessments and audits
• Lead incident response efforts and maintain a security awareness program across the organization

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including 3+ years in a leadership role
• Demonstrated experience with PCI DSS compliance and audit preparation
• Strong background in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks
• Hands-on experience with endpoint protection platforms and Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions
• Knowledge of modern security frameworks such as NIST, CIS, or ISO 27001
