Director of Information Security

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Information Security Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead risk analysis and inspection of security tools and logs to uncover facts surrounding security events
• Monitor and improve security practices for network, systems, applications, and operations management
• Oversee vendor relationships and support security tooling implementation and audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a computer-related or information security field, or 6-12 years equivalent work experience
• Preferred Information Security certifications (e.g., CISSP) and/or AWS certifications
• Strong understanding of computer and information security topics, including networking and vulnerability management
• Ability to work effectively in varied computing environments, including AWS
• Solid understanding of Identity Access Management concepts and coding/scripting in multiple languages
