Director of Information Security

Job Summary

Leading the organization's security initiatives, the full-time salaried Director of Information Security will oversee all aspects of Information Security, managing a high-performing team to protect against digital and physical threats while collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess risks and implement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Information Security and Cybersecurity programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
• Lead the organization's response to cybersecurity incidents and manage fraud prevention initiatives across the organization
• Design and implement secure architecture for networks and systems, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in Information Security, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CFE, or CISM
• Strong background in security architecture and incident response management
• Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA, GDPR, and NIST
