Director of Information Security

Job Summary

Leading the enterprise information security program, the full-time Director of Information Security will develop and execute security strategies, oversee compliance initiatives, and manage a team of security professionals in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's enterprise information security strategy and governance practices
• Lead product security initiatives and integrate security throughout the software development lifecycle
• Oversee enterprise compliance initiatives, including SOC 2 and FedRAMP readiness

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Information Security experience
• 5+ years leading Information Security teams
• Experience securing cloud-native SaaS platforms, preferably AWS
• Strong understanding of modern application security practices and enterprise compliance programs
• Demonstrated ability to balance security, business objectives, and customer needs
