Director of Infrastructure

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Infrastructure to oversee the design, deployment, and optimization of cloud infrastructure and IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and improvement of cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security
• Manage the company's networking infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity and performance
• Oversee service desk operations and develop ITIL-based processes for enhanced service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
• Minimum 10+ years of IT experience with increasing leadership responsibility
• Proven experience managing large-scale cloud, network, and endpoint infrastructures
• In-depth knowledge of network architecture, firewalls, VPNs, and SD-WAN
• Strong leadership abilities with experience leading cross-functional teams
