Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of network engineers and system administrators
• Facilitate discussions across teams and manage work intake with stakeholders
• Perform capacity management and budget planning to meet business needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in a technical field
• 5 years of experience managing a team of infrastructure engineers
• 10 years of experience supporting infrastructure in production workloads
• 10 years of experience working within AWS and Azure cloud environments
• ITIL Foundations v3 certification or higher
