Director of Infrastructure

Job Summary

Leading the foundational control plane for engineering teams, the full-time Director of Infrastructure will manage cloud account architecture, network design, and physical office infrastructure while ensuring compliance and scalability in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own cloud account strategy and governance, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
• Design and oversee enterprise network architecture, including routing, VPN, and connectivity standards
• Build and lead the infrastructure engineering organization, establishing operational processes and managing vendor relationships

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in infrastructure, cloud, or network engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Deep hands-on experience with cloud environments at scale, including account architecture and IAM governance
• Strong background in network architecture, including enterprise routing and hybrid connectivity design
• Experience in enforcing infrastructure-as-code practices across engineering teams
• Proven ability to lead infrastructure integration through M&A in regulated environments
