Director of Infrastructure

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and governance of enterprise technology infrastructure, the full-time remote Director of Infrastructure will manage the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of infrastructure services while aligning investments with operational priorities and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise infrastructure strategy that aligns with corporate objectives and long-term growth
• Lead the design and support of corporate infrastructure services, ensuring they meet business expectations for performance and security
• Oversee disaster recovery, business continuity programs, and manage infrastructure budgets and vendor contracts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure and enterprise systems, with substantial leadership experience
• Proven experience leading infrastructure operations in a mid-size or large corporate environment
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, cloud platforms, and infrastructure security controls
• Experience developing governance models and managing budgets and vendor relationships
