Director of Infrastructure
Job Summary
Leading a senior technical team, the full-time remote Director of Infrastructure will manage the Infrastructure/SRE and Security functions, driving the technical strategy and operational foundation to enhance platform reliability and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and grow the Infrastructure organization, fostering a high-performing engineering culture
- Partner with senior technical leaders to evolve cloud infrastructure and improve operational efficiency
- Drive the team's roadmap and execution while representing the Infrastructure organization to executive leadership and customers
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles for infrastructure, platform, SRE, or DevOps teams
- Experience managing senior and Staff-level engineers in a high-growth startup environment
- Strong background in building and operating cloud infrastructure for B2B enterprise SaaS products
- Able to balance strategic leadership with technical credibility, including participation in architectural reviews
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across engineering and executive leadership
