Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Infrastructure, SRE, & Security.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the architecture, reliability, and cost efficiency of cloud infrastructure
• Lead security posture management across cloud, application, and identity layers
• Recruit and grow a globally distributed team of cloud, data, and security engineers

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 8+ years in infrastructure, SRE, or platform engineering; 3+ years in leadership roles
• Hands-on experience with AI workload infrastructure and related challenges
• Deep expertise in AWS and production Kubernetes, with strong IaC discipline
• Practical experience in security and compliance management
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to translate strategy into outcomes
