Director of Infrastructure Engineering

Job Summary

Leading the Infrastructure, Site Reliability Engineering, and Performance Engineering organizations, the full-time remote Director of Infrastructure Engineering will define technical vision and execution strategy for cloud services, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable product operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and execute the strategy for centralized Infrastructure, SRE, Observability, and Performance Engineering
• Lead the design and continuous evolution of cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP, focusing on scalability and reliability
• Establish and improve incident management practices and proactive reliability programs to enhance operational excellence

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in software, infrastructure, or platform engineering, with 5+ years in leadership roles
• Proven experience leading Infrastructure, SRE, or Cloud Operations for large-scale SaaS products
• Deep expertise in operating production environments on AWS and/or GCP
• Strong experience with Infrastructure-as-Code technologies, particularly Terraform
• Demonstrated success with SRE practices, including SLOs, SLIs, and incident management
