Director of Infrastructure Engineering
Job Summary
Leading the infrastructure engineering organization, the full-time remote Director of Infrastructure Engineering will manage cloud engineering, data center infrastructure, and network operations while driving the strategic transition to multi-cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the infrastructure engineering function, including cloud engineering, compute/server, network, and OS management
- Define and execute the data center exit strategy, including plans, timelines, and risk assessments
- Drive enterprise network architecture strategy for multi-cloud environments and manage the enterprise firewall platform
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 12+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, cloud engineering, or IT operations with progressive leadership responsibility
- Demonstrated experience leading data center migrations or cloud transformations
- Expertise in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure) and enterprise network architecture
- Experience managing teams of 10+ and talent development
