Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Infrastructure & Information Security.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operations, modernization, and enablement for partner institutions, ensuring optimal performance and service delivery
• Lead team management, including hiring, coaching, and performance evaluations, while structuring the practice for efficiency
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-functional partnerships to deliver integrated outcomes for partners

Required Qualifications

• Progressive leadership experience in infrastructure and/or information security with direct team management
• Strong background in Microsoft technologies, networking, and modern endpoint management
• Knowledge of information security fundamentals and frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001
• Experience with ITIL/ITSM practices and recognized service-management tools
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
