A company is looking for a Director, Infrastructure & End-User Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead identity and access management operations, ensuring compliance and security throughout the employee lifecycle
• Oversee end-user systems and device management, including endpoint security and lifecycle management
• Manage desktop support operations, defining service standards and driving automation for efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure, end-user services, or workplace technology
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing multiple technology teams
• Strong background in Identity & Access Management and Microsoft 365 platforms
• Experience in large, regulated enterprise environments
• Proficiency in endpoint management tools and security compliance practices
