Director of Infrastructure Services
Job Summary
Driving operational excellence, the full-time Director of Infrastructure Services will manage IT Service Delivery governance, including Incident, Major Incident, Problem, Change, and Crisis Management, in a hybrid remote environment with occasional travel.
Key responsibilities
- Directs and organizes staff and activities for enterprise IT Service Delivery governance
- Leads the Enterprise Problem Review Board to analyze and resolve systemic issues and recurring incidents
- Supervises staff performance, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8-12 years of relevant experience with at least 7 years in leadership or management roles
- Experience with ITIL-based practices and operational governance
- Proficiency in leveraging ServiceNow and operational data for analytics
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic visions for technology domains
