Job Summary
Leading the Infrastructure Services and Management group, the full-time Director of Infrastructure Services will direct IT Service Delivery governance, focusing on incident, problem, and change management while operating in a hybrid remote environment with occasional travel.
Key responsibilities
- Directs and organizes staff activities for enterprise IT Service Delivery governance, ensuring reliable and stable technology services
- Drives operational excellence through ITIL-based practices, improving service performance and reducing operational risk
- Supervises staff performance, including hiring, training, and evaluations, while fostering a high-performing team environment
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in IT, with at least 7 years in leadership or management roles
- Proven experience in IT Service Delivery governance and operational management
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and practices
- Experience with ServiceNow and data analytics for service performance improvement
