Director of Innovation and Strategy

Job Summary

Partnering with growth leaders, the remote full-time Director of Innovation and Strategy will lead the long-term strategy for growth capabilities within AnalyticsZone, focusing on enhancing interactive dashboards and AI-driven insights to improve decision-making and client engagement.

Key responsibilities:

• Establish and lead a partnership model for growth leaders, connecting enterprise stakeholders with execution teams
• Translate strategic needs into actionable roadmaps for data and platform development, ensuring effective AI adoption
• Drive adoption of new workflows and capabilities by monitoring business impact and refining priorities based on stakeholder feedback

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare, growth, or revenue operations
• 7+ years of experience leading teams both directly and indirectly
• 5+ years of experience in strategic consulting, user design, and healthcare operations
• Demonstrated experience using qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions and develop business cases
• Proven ability to work effectively with executive leaders and present complex ideas clearly
