Job Summary

Director of Innovation Operations leads a full-time team to operationalize new products, run structured pilots, and drive organizational agility within commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and refine the innovation team and operating model
• Collaborate with strategy teams to design processes for launching new offerings
• Develop and implement structured pilot frameworks to test new products

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in GTM operations, sales strategy, or product operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in building new teams or functions from scratch
• Deep operational expertise in designing processes and playbooks at scale
• Experience in running structured pilots or beta programs with measurable outcomes
• Strong understanding of pricing, packaging, and deal structures
