Job Summary
Leading a high-performing team, the full-time salaried Director of Inside Enterprise Account Management will set strategic direction, drive revenue growth, and enhance customer relationships for Comcast Business clients with less than $3,500 in monthly telco spend, while working in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set the strategic direction for revenue growth, account penetration, retention, and customer satisfaction within the Inside Enterprise Account Management organization
- Lead, coach, and develop a multi-level team of managers and account management professionals to foster a culture of accountability and performance
- Establish operating rhythms and performance standards to improve sales execution, funnel management, and quota attainment
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in sales or account management
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing teams and driving performance
- Strong understanding of strategic account planning and solution selling
- Experience in developing and executing customer coverage and segmentation strategies
