Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Inside Sales to build and lead a new North America Inside Sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and scale the Inside Sales organization by hiring and developing a team of inside sales professionals
  • Define the Inside Sales operating model, coverage strategy, and performance metrics
  • Engage with enterprise and public sector customers to drive sales and maintain customer engagement metrics
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in building and scaling Inside Sales teams in technology
  • Experience leading mixed-model teams, including internal and outsourced sales resources
  • Strong understanding of enterprise and public sector markets and channel dynamics
  • Demonstrated experience with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred
