Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Inside Sales to build and lead a new North America Inside Sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale the Inside Sales organization by hiring and developing a team of inside sales professionals
- Define the Inside Sales operating model, coverage strategy, and performance metrics
- Engage with enterprise and public sector customers to drive sales and maintain customer engagement metrics
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in building and scaling Inside Sales teams in technology
- Experience leading mixed-model teams, including internal and outsourced sales resources
- Strong understanding of enterprise and public sector markets and channel dynamics
- Demonstrated experience with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred
