Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Inside Sales & Revenue Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own revenue and funnel performance for inbound and outbound DTC funnels, optimizing key metrics
  • Hire, train, coach, and performance-manage sales representatives and frontline managers, utilizing AI tools
  • Design and optimize CRM, telephony, and dashboards to connect activity to revenue
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience leading inside sales or contact center teams with direct revenue ownership
  • Hands-on experience with CRM, telephony/routing systems, and dashboards
  • Practical experience in deploying automation and AI in sales contexts
  • Strong analytical skills with a metrics-first mindset
  • Startup or regulated healthcare experience preferred
