Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Inside Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the Inside Sales team while fostering a culture of accountability and high performance
- Drive lead conversion and sales performance, partnering with Sales Leadership on forecasting and strategy
- Ensure data integrity and compliance across systems, while driving process improvements and operational excellence
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of inside sales or B2B hospitality experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing multi-layered teams
- Proven success in driving revenue growth and KPI performance
- Strong experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
