Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Inside Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Inside Sales team while fostering a culture of accountability and high performance
  • Drive lead conversion and sales performance, partnering with Sales Leadership on forecasting and strategy
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance across systems, while driving process improvements and operational excellence
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • 10+ years of inside sales or B2B hospitality experience
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing multi-layered teams
  • Proven success in driving revenue growth and KPI performance
  • Strong experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
