Job Summary
Leading enterprise-level customer retention strategies, the full-time salaried Director of Inside Sales will manage retention performance outcomes, oversee multi-layer teams in a call center environment, and drive initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and reduce churn.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute customer retention strategy across inbound and outbound channels
- Drive achievement of retention goals, including save rate performance and revenue preservation
- Provide leadership and direction to Business Class Retention teams, ensuring effective use of marketing campaigns and retention programs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
- 10+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in sales leadership
- Experience with customer retention strategies and programs
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a call center environment
- Strong analytical skills to track and report retention performance and trends
