Job Summary

Driving innovative solutions in installation processes, the full-time remote Director of Installation Innovations will scope, plan, and execute engineering and construction projects to enhance safety, efficiency, and quality while collaborating with external partners and mentoring team members.

Key responsibilities

• Scope, plan, and execute engineering and construction projects to improve installation safety and efficiency
• Collaborate with external partners to enhance installation quality and project efficiency
• Mentor installations employees in strategic problem-solving and process development

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment, with at least 10+ years in technical or construction project management
• Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams through influence
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to motivate teams and develop creative solutions
• Strong command of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with advanced experience preferred
