Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, writing, and submission of grant proposals and reports
• Oversee grants management systems and ensure timely submission of deliverables
• Supervise the Donor Communications Manager and align donor storytelling across materials

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in fundraising, nonprofit development, or a related field
• Proven success in writing and managing foundation grant proposals and reports
• Experience with grant proposals ranging from $50,000 to $1,000,000+
• Experience supervising staff and supporting professional growth
• Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems
