Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Institutional Research.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute plans for learning outcome assessments and program reviews
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making and institutional effectiveness
• Oversee survey design and analysis, and co-chair the Assessment Council

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master's preferred in social, psychological, or educational research field
• Five or more years of experience in institutional research
• Experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research design and statistical techniques
• Experience with regional accreditation processes
