Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of IDD's operational components for special projects and strategic initiatives
• Serve as the primary operations liaison to coordinate course development work with university partners
• Oversee operational systems and business processes, ensuring alignment with project management and budget expectations

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in management, education, or a related field with at least 8 years of project management experience
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and project management tools
• Relevant professional experience in higher education
• Experience managing technology-enabled projects or operational systems
