Director of Insurance Compliance

Job Summary

To lead and strengthen enterprise-wide compliance strategy across the Individual Insurance Segment, the remote Director of Insurance Compliance will manage compliance programs for Medicare, ACA, and ancillary insurance products while collaborating with various departments to ensure regulatory excellence and operational readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Lead compliance and ethics programs across Medicare Advantage, ACA, and supplemental insurance products
• Develop and implement enterprise-wide compliance policies and monitor regulatory changes
• Serve as the primary contact for CMS-related audits and oversee compliance monitoring activities

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience leading compliance programs within insurance or regulated industries
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, ACA, and state insurance compliance requirements
• Proven ability to manage regulatory audits and risk mitigation initiatives
• Experience supporting enterprise operations with scalable compliance frameworks
• Strong understanding of compliance governance and operational controls
