• Drive patient insurance retention and reduce uninsured rates
• Identify and implement transformative changes in operations
• Develop strategic planning initiatives to maximize insurance retention

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience required
• Experience with strategic planning and implementation of complex initiatives
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel overnight 3-4 times a year for meetings
