Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic Director of Insurance Management, the full-time role will lead operational oversight and strategy for a segment of the Insurance Management Team, focusing on empowering patients with insurance knowledge and tools while managing a remote team.

Key responsibilities

• Drive patient insurance retention and reduce rates of uninsured through strategic planning and operational improvements
• Identify and implement transformative changes to enhance insurance management processes and relationships
• Coach and develop team members while collaborating with field operations leaders to optimize patient support initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience
• Experience implementing complex processes across multiple geographies
• Proven track record in strategic planning and executing large initiatives
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
