Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Insurance Portfolio Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the insurance project portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and priorities
  • Act as the liaison between Insurance Operations and IT PMO/TMO for project coordination and execution
  • Lead and mentor a team of project managers to ensure effective project delivery and cross-functional collaboration
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of project and program management experience, including leadership roles
  • Experience in auto insurance operations and managing complex cross-functional initiatives
  • Proven ability to lead project managers and foster effective team dynamics
  • Strong understanding of insurance operational processes such as underwriting and claims
  • PMP Certification preferred
