Director of Insurance Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of GSC Insurance Planning and Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the strategy for logistics, repair, and distribution networks
• Oversee the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, balancing supply and demand
• Analyze business and financial results to provide insights that guide strategic decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years in supply chain, logistics, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proficiency in forecasting and inventory planning systems
• Expert-level Excel skills, including pivot tables and trend analysis
• Experience with ERP systems like Oracle or similar inventory management platforms
