Director of Integrated Care Learning

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and oversight of the cross-market Learning & Development function, the full-time remote Director of Integrated Care Learning will manage a multidisciplinary team, ensuring effective training and development for Integrated Care programs while addressing market-specific needs.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide vision and direction for the Learning & Development function supporting Integrated Care and related programs
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team, establishing priorities and performance expectations for learning initiatives
• Oversee the strategy and continuous improvement of curricula, learning journeys, and instructional materials to enhance learner experiences

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Learning and Development, Organizational Development, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
• Five (5) years of experience in learning and development or related field required
• Five (5) years of leadership experience in managing teams or complex learning initiatives required
• Experience in developing or overseeing curriculum and structured learning programs required
• Healthcare or managed care experience preferred, particularly with LTSS, Medicaid, or Medicare programs
