Job Summary
Leading the operational processes for Global Integrated Evidence & Innovation, the full-time Director of Integrated Evidence Operations will manage the development and execution of Integrated Evidence Plans (IEPs), ensuring alignment with product strategies and governance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the execution and continuous improvement of the IEP program, focusing on operational efficiency and digital platform maintenance
- Ensure the effective use of ATLAS for strategic planning and decision-making, maintaining accurate asset strategies
- Drive cross-functional alignment and governance for evidence planning, influencing stakeholders and overseeing evidence generation initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in drug development or business management
- 8-12+ years of experience in life sciences, including clinical development and evidence strategy
- Proven track record in program management with matrixed teams in health or life sciences
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
- Strategic mindset with the capability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable insights
