Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Integrated Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead integrated marketing strategy and full-funnel performance across a portfolio of university partners
- Develop annual marketing plans, forecasts, and investment recommendations aligned to partner and enterprise goals
- Guide optimization strategies, testing plans, and budget recommendations to improve marketing and enrollment outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required; Master's degree (MBA) strongly preferred
- 7-10+ years of experience in integrated marketing, portfolio management, or brand management
- Demonstrated success leading integrated marketing planning and execution across multiple channels
- Strong digital marketing fluency, including performance measurement and paid campaign strategy
- Prior experience in higher education, enrollment, or education technology is highly desirable
