Job Summary

Supporting strategic planning and coordination for the Global Marketing team, the full-time FLEX Director of Integrated Marketing will manage the development and execution of a global marketing strategic plan, oversee marketing investment planning, and facilitate alignment among marketing leaders.

Key responsibilities
  • Create a global view of marketing investment aligned to strategic priorities in collaboration with marketing leaders and finance teams
  • Lead ad hoc cross-continent marketing projects to drive improved business impact and develop supporting tools for execution
  • Support ongoing alignment forums for Global and Continent Marketing leadership, including managing content development and meeting agendas
Required qualifications
  • 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related major
  • 7+ years of experience in the marketing or hospitality industry with a record of exceptional performance
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Experience facilitating large-group meetings and developing executive-ready presentations and reports
  • Exceptional proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
