Job Summary
To lead the end-to-end campaign strategy across all key segments and geographies, the full-time remote Director of Integrated Marketing Campaigns will manage integrated, multi-channel programs that generate measurable pipeline, partnering with various teams to ensure successful execution and alignment with company strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Define and own integrated campaign strategy across multiple segments, ensuring cohesive execution of marketing initiatives
- Lead programs targeting enterprise accounts and drive self-serve sign-up volume through top-of-funnel campaigns for developers
- Build and manage a high-performing team of campaign managers while establishing campaign KPIs and optimizing performance through analytics
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in demand generation or integrated campaigns within B2B SaaS or developer-facing technology companies, including 4+ years in a Director-level role
- Proven experience in building and scaling global integrated campaign programs across various market segments
- Deep expertise in full-funnel marketing, including developer acquisition, nurture, ABM, and pipeline acceleration
- Hands-on experience with account-based marketing and familiarity with self-serve conversion campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with experience in building attribution models and optimizing marketing program effectiveness
