Job Summary
Supporting the Global Marketing team, the full-time FLEX Director of Integrated Marketing will manage strategic planning, marketing investment coordination, and alignment among marketing leaders while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Create a global view of marketing investment aligned to strategic priorities in collaboration with Global and Continent Marketing leaders
- Lead cross-continent marketing projects and develop tools for effective communication and execution among marketing teams
- Support the Senior Director in overseeing the annual strategic planning process to align priorities with corporate objectives
Required qualifications
- 4-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related major
- 7+ years of experience in the marketing or hospitality industry
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-discipline projects in a matrixed organization
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process improvements
- Exceptional proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
