Job Summary
Leading strategy and growth in a hybrid environment, the full-time Director of Integrated Media will develop integrated media strategies, mentor a growing team, and enhance media systems while ensuring high-quality client campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development of integrated media strategies across digital and traditional channels
- Mentor and develop a media team while setting clear expectations for quality and collaboration
- Assess and evolve media workflows, tools, and processes to support scale and quality
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in media strategy and planning, ideally within an agency environment
- Proven experience leading and developing teams
- Deep comfort with digital media and working knowledge of traditional media planning and buying
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think at both systems and campaign levels
- Clear and confident communicator internally and with clients
