Director of Integrated Technology

Job Summary

To drive the technology strategy and integration across all functions, the full-time remote Director of Integrated Technology will oversee M4BL's tech initiatives, manage the internal tech team, and serve as the strategic liaison to external IT partners while ensuring alignment with the organization's political mission.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement M4BL's technology strategy, including long-term planning and change management
• Supervise the internal tech team, fostering a culture of trust and professional growth
• Ensure alignment of external IT partner's work with M4BL's needs through regular audits and oversight

Required qualifications

• Substantial technology leadership experience in movement technology or political organizing
• Experience managing external IT vendors and developing technology policies in high-trust environments
• Strong track record of supervising and developing technology staff, including early-career team members
• Analytical fluency in budgeting, vendor management, and operational planning
• Understanding of security risks specific to political organizations and how to mitigate them
