Director of Integration Engineering

Job Summary

To build and lead a high-performing team, the remote Director of Integration Engineering will oversee Oura's Business Technology Services and core integration platform, focusing on delivering reusable API and event-driven services while driving operational excellence and enabling profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead a globally distributed Integration & Automation Engineering team, transitioning from contractor-led delivery to a full-time organization
• Own the core integration platform, delivering reusable API and event-driven services that decouple SaaS applications from the ERP
• Establish and embed reliability practices for mission-critical integration services, ensuring stability across time zones

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience building and operating integration platforms, iPaaS, or API services in modern SaaS environments
• 5+ years of experience managing engineers and technical program leaders, with a focus on hiring and performance management
• 3+ years of experience developing digital AI products and AI-augmented integrations using agentic coding techniques
• Deep technical experience with modern integration patterns and at least one major iPaaS platform
• Proven track record operating engineering platform teams with clear intake discipline and outcome-focused roadmaps
