• Support leadership enablement and change management through toolkits and briefing sessions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in internal communications, preferably in large organizations
• Strong background in M&A communications and change management
• Experience with communications measurement and analytics
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders in complex environments
