• 8+ years of experience in internal communications, preferably in large organizations
• Strong experience in M&A and post-acquisition integration communications
• Deep understanding of change management communications and employee engagement
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in complex environments
