A company is looking for a Director of Internal Communications to lead internal messaging and communication strategies as the organization scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an internal communications strategy that aligns with organizational priorities
• Partner with executives to create clear messaging for company updates and change management
• Design communications for major milestones and internal events to reinforce culture and values

Required Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in internal or corporate communications, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Experience in high-growth environments and knowledge of transitioning from private to public companies
• Understanding of SEC restrictions and disclosure requirements during IPO preparation
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-suite leaders
• Experience managing communication channels and cadences at scale
