Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the internal communications strategy to keep employees informed and engaged
• Partner with the CEO and leadership team to develop and execute effective messaging across internal and external channels
• Manage and develop the internal communications team, ensuring high-quality execution across workstreams

Required Qualifications

• Experience in leading internal and/or executive communications strategies
• Proven ability to partner with senior executives and translate vision into compelling messaging
• Exceptional writing and editorial judgment with the ability to adapt voice and tone
• Strong strategic instincts and ability to navigate ambiguity
• Experience using AI tools to enhance communication efforts
