Director of Internal Communications

Job Summary

Building a comprehensive internal communications strategy, the full-time Director of Internal Communications will design systems and processes to enhance communication across a hybrid or fully remote team, while advising executives and creating engaging content for a rapidly growing organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy aligned with business goals and mission-driven culture
• Act as a primary advisor to the leadership team, crafting impactful messaging for internal communications and organizational changes
• Develop creative content programs and manage communication flow across Clinical and Corporate teams to ensure timely and effective messaging

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in communications, particularly in internal communications within high-growth tech or healthcare environments
• Proven ability to influence without formal authority and navigate complex organizational structures
• Experience transforming complex data into relatable narratives for diverse audiences
• Strong partnership skills with executives, including providing counsel and managing high-stakes meetings
• Builder mentality with a self-starter attitude, comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
