Job Summary
Partnering with business leaders, the full-time remote Director of Internal Communications will develop and execute strategic communication plans that enhance employee engagement, navigate organizational change, and ensure clarity and alignment with business priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary communications advisor, translating business strategies and changes into clear communications
- Develop and implement change enablement plans to help employees understand organizational shifts and expected actions
- Lead internal communications programs that engage employees and reinforce business priorities and culture
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of communications experience, particularly in internal and executive communications
- Proven success in translating business strategy into effective communication and engagement
- Experience with organizational change initiatives and strong executive communication capabilities
- Data-driven mindset with experience in evaluating communication effectiveness through metrics and feedback
